This is my longtime friend, fellow curler, seeker, talented artist and now amazing hynotherapist Dena Carlsen. Dena recently became a trained hypnotheraist and before Christmas I had the pleasure of working with her to finally build new neural pathways that break the conditioned fight or flight programming that comes with CPTSD.
